Dilution: KT-3008 silicone oil : emulsifier is3:1, adjustto your desired concentration,

then add 1.5% glacial acetic acid on thequantity ofKT-3008,and adjust pH to 5-6.

(1) Emulsifier for KT-3008 silicone oil: 300Kg (2) KT-3008 silicone oil: 900Kg

(3) Water: 1800kg (4) Glacial acetic acid: 13.5Kg

Add (1)(2) to the reactor, stir for 10 minutes, then add (3) slowly, when (3) is finished, add (4), stir evenly,Finally after filtered, the emulsion with content of 40% comes.

Application:1. Kinds of fabric finishing process.

2. Especially for cotton, a necessary choice for 100% towel fabric product.

Package and Storage:120kg per plastic drum.Storage life is 12months.
