Recommendation:
1.In roll groove, KT-1197 silicone oil : emulsifier: 4:1-3:1.
2. In dye vat, KT-1197 silicone oil : emulsifier: 2:1.
Evironmental-friendly: Doesn't include prohibited chemicals, conforms to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100of EU.
Emulsifying: KT-1197 silicone oil : emulsifier:4:1-2:1. For hand feeling, thesuggested ratio is 4:1; For stability, the ratio is 2:1.
Example: Add emulsifier100kg into kettle first, then add KT-1197 silicone oil 300Kg, stir for 20 minutes;
then add 100kg water including 6.5kg glacial acetic acid while keep stirring,
then add 500kg water, comes out the 40% content emulsion.
Application: Mainly for cotton finishing process.
Package and Storage:120kg per plastic drum.Storage life is 12months.
