Dilution: 1. 200 grams KT-3009 90% content oil. 2. AEO-9 emusifier 68 grams. 3. water: 1000 grams. 4 acetic acid: 3 grams.

adding sequence:
add 1 first, then add 2; start stirring while adding water until finished; add 4 at last.
